Electronic Arts has canned the sequel to first person action-adventure game “Mirror Edge”. The reason given out by the developer for scrapping Mirror Edge 2, early prototypes were deemed disappointing, and also the poor sales figure of the original game is the series.
In an interview to Press2Play, Electronic Arts Patrick Soderlund confirmed that the development work on the game has been completely stopped, and now the concern parties are working on something else.
