Last week, Ubisoft’s Alex Hutchinson shared some details regarding PlayStation 4 version of Far Cry 4, such as it will run at 1080p/30 FPS and a fully detail clarification on why development team didn’t go for 60 FPS.
Just a few minutes ago, i contacted Alex via Twitter for details about Xbox One version of Far Cry 4. Alex didn’t reveal resolution/FPS figure for Far Cry 4 Xbox One version but stated that it looks “GREAT” and Ubisoft will unveil specs in crazy details very soon.
“We will announce all PC and console specs in crazy detail very soon: no point restricting it to twitter. XBone looks great.” tweeted Alex.
When asked how does Xbox One version of Far Cry 4 looks as compared to PlayStation 4 version? Alex replied “Identical, don’t see any difference”
@ShaikhSehran I would say identical but then some asshat would say a tree had one more leaf on xbone. So let’s say I don’t see a difference.

To some extent Xbox fans will be happy with these response from Alex, however Ubisoft is still keeping their cards close to their chest when it comes to providing details on Resolution/FPS figure for Xbox One version of Far Cry 4. So we are still keeping our fingers crossed and hoping for the best especially after the recent controversy with Assassin’s Creed: Unity.
