Season two of Fortnite: Battle Royale kicks off today, and with it comes a slew of new cosmetic customizations, including skins, harvesting tools, emotes, and more with the brand new Battle Pass.

The Battle Pass costs 950 V-Bucks (basically, $9.50 of real money) and immediately unlocks an XP boost for you and your teammates, and a brand new Fort Knight skin.

Battle Pass gives you a boost all throughout season two, giving you access to 65-plus new customization items, and even V-Buck rewards as you level up. If you want to skip a few levels or unlock something quicker, you can use V-Bucks to do so.

Simply playing the game and leveling up will unlock your tiers as you go. Epic Games says that unlocking everything without the Battle Pass would take 75 to 150 hours of gameplay, but the Battle Pass expedites the process.

New skins include Sparkle Specialist and Royale Knight, new gliders like Royale X and “Get Down!” and a number of new harvesting tools. The final unlock, once you reach tier 70 with the Battle Pass, is the exclusive Black Knight skin. You can view some of the items in the gallery above.

Playing with the Battle Pass also unlocks a number of brand new emotes, dances, further boosts of XP, and even certain levels can earn you 100 V-Bucks to purchase other things from the in-game store.

Season two runs from Dec. 14 to Feb. 20, so you have plenty of time to earn all the rewards with the Battle Pass.
