With the release of Ryzen 5 processors, Gigabyte a leading motherboard manufacturer has announced the new range of boards based on X370, B350, and A320 chipsets. All features AM4 socket, an AMD Ryzen Ready board for Ryzen 5 and Ryzen 7 CPU line. GA-A320M-HD2 is the newest and only model right now that features A320 chipset. The board features 5 USB ports, 4 PCI-E Slots, up to 32GB DDR4 RAM support and overclocking at a cost of $70. The price is taken from Newegg.
Previously Gigabyte announced GA-AB350-Gaming, GA-AB350-Gaming 3, and GA-AB350M-Gaming 3 motherboards that feature B350 chipset. It offers 2x PCI-E 2.0 Slots, 2 USB 3.1 Ports, and Overclocking. Gigabyte extended the produce line by adding three more new boards GA-AB350M-DS2, GA-AB350M-D3H, and GA-AB350M-HD3. Finally, the X370 chipset is the highest one where Gigabyte added GA-AX370-Gaming K5 and GA-AX370-Gaming K7 in the series. There were 3 boards previously under the chipset.
Gigabytes has introduced overall twelve motherboards for different Ryzen CPU lineup. Ryzen is released with the aim to offer budget system build under gaming and extreme performance. This offer choice to buyers to switch to AMD instead of Intel and go for high-end custom build solutions. It usually depends on time how well AMD can serve the performance based on Gigabyte boards and compete with its competitor in terms of output.
