GTA V: Rapper Issue Cease and Desist Letter To Rockstar Over Usage of Music Without Consent

Grand Theft Auto V

Rapper Daz Dillinger is not at all happy with Rockstar Games for making use of his music in GTA V (without his permission and also not paying him loyalty). Daz Dillinger has now sent Rockstar Games a cease and desist letter.

GTA VRockstar Games included “C-Walk” and “Nothin’ But the Cavi Hit” track of Daz Dillinger in GTA V, even though he refused their offensively low offer of $4,271.00 for both songs.

In Cease and Desist letter, Daz Dillinger has asked Rockstar Games and Take-Two either to make him a better offer or recall and destroy all unsold copies of the game.

A 14 days ultimatum has been issued to both Rockstar Games and Take-Two to reply to Daz Dillinger. Stay tuned to Gamepur for more update on this story.
