Metal Gear Solid series creator Hideo Kojima has hinted the return of food capture system from Metal Gear Solid 3 in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

In a recent video interview (translated) posted on YouTube channel YongYea, Kojima said that he will eventually add the feature to turn off enemy tagging and bullet time but he made it clear that without them the game won’t be balanced and the it is going to be VERY frustrating to those who are playing cause it will dramatically increase the alert phases making the game too difficult.

This means Kojima himself didn’t want those feature in Metal Gear Solid V, but after going through several tests and playthroughs, Kojima was finally convinced that those features should indeed be the part of Metal Gear Solid V gameplay mechanics.

Furthermore, in the same interview, Hideo Kojima also talked about Metal Gear Solid V size, missions and locations, narrative and on many more things.
