Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End will be a huge game and we might already know this, but it seems it will be “huge” also in terms of size. According to the latest rumors coming from the Internet, Naughty Dog will offer it splitter into two parts, one including single-player, the other with multiplayer.
The rumor comes from well known and informed insider Shinobi602, who states that “I’m hearing Uncharted 4’s MP porting won’t be on the disc but as a separate download. That be a huge game right there!”.
A similar solution was adopted with Uncharted 3 being offered on PlayStation Plus for PS3 not so long ago, when the campaign was offered free of charge and the multiplayer portion appeared on PS Store with a low price tag.
We don’t know and honestly don’t believe this is something which could happen with Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, at least not at launch, but it is likely that Sony and Naughty Dog are splitting the game into two in order to save some space on the Blue-ray disc.
Uncharted 4 launches on May 10 exclusively for PS4.
