YouTube channel Candyland has provided a new video comparison between Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, showcasing the main differences between the two games – the original and the remaster.
The original shooter game has been worked on by Infinity Ward back in 2007, while the new one is in the works at Raven Software, which has apparently been give a lot of freedom when it comes to deliver a better quality of image on PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
This has apparently led the developer to change some of the main scenes, both cut-scenes and topic moments throughout the story mode campaign, as you can see in the video below.
Anyway, it looks the work in the process now is pretty coherent with the original and is taking advantage of some techniques that are now the standard, such as a slightly different color palette in order to give the gameplay a more realistic look.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered is releasing on November 4 exclusively as part of the special Legacy Edition of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
