Nintendo Confirms Spectator Mode For Splatoon 2, Video Demo Out
Nintendo America has officially confirmed the inclusion of Spectator mode in Splatoon 2. The announcement came via Twitter was Nintendo America, said: “Exciting news for #Splatoon2 fans! Private Battle Spectator View is a new feature allowing up to 2 non-players to spectate a Private Battle.”
Today they clarified the situation further, Nintendo Japan released a video of Spectator Mode in action in Splatoon 2. You guys can watch the video below.
Splatoon 2 is a sequel to the 2015 Wii U game. It is a team-based third-person shooter which is playable by up to eight players in online four-versus-four matches. The game takes place two years after the first game, and was announced at a Nintendo Switch press event in January 2017 (the reveal was accompanied by a trailer featuring the game’s new maps and weapons), and will be released in Q2/Q3 2017.
