According to reports coming out from German Website PC Games, Slightly Mad Studios’ upcoming racing title, Project Cars has been delayed until 2015. The site states that the official announcement of the delay it yet to be made but details are already posted on game’s backer forums i.e. for those who supported crowd funding of the game.
NowGamer spoke to the publisher of Project Cars, Namco Bandai and received the following update: “it sounds like the delay will be made official very soon”
This means the delay is almost confirmed and according to me its in the best interest of the game because Project Cars is currently scheduled to launch on November 21, 2014 i.e. it has to battle through a tough competition from “Dragon Age: Inquisition, Grand Theft Auto V, Far Cry 4” and just two weeks ahead of Ubisoft’s The Crew.
