PS4: Redownload Games When Upgrading To New HDD, Blue Line on Console is Light confirms Yoshida

Shuhei Yoshida has confirmed via his person Twitter account that players will have to re-download games when they upgrade to a 2TB HDD for Playstation 4.

In simple terms this basically means that players would have to start all over on their new 2TB HDD for Playstation 4.

In another tweet, Yoshida also confirmed that the blue line of Playstation 4 console is not a paint but Light which changes colors.
