PS4 Sold Over 1 Million Units Within 24 Hours In North America, Sales Comparison Chart Revealed

Finally some official sales figure details of Playstation 4 right from the mouth of Shuhei Yoshida, President of Worldwide Studios, Sony Computer Entertainment.

Yoshida confirmed that the next-gen Playstation console from Sony, PS4 sold over 1 million untis within first 24 hours of its launch in North America.

This is really some amazing figure. Those who all disagree with me can check out the sales figure comparison chart below showcasing first month sales of previous consoles against first 24 hours of PS4 sales.

The graph is titled as “First Month Sales Data”, so as per details in the graph below PS4 has surpassed what all other previous gen consoles sold in one month, taking only 24 hours to do so. Really an amazing feat for PS4 and Sony.
