YouTube user “RajmanGamingHD” has uploaded a video comparing the appearance of the trophy on PlayStation 4 vs PlayStation 3. The details in the video confirms that the sound that appears as soon as players achieve a trophy is same on both PS3 and PS4.

The real difference is a trophy on PS4 appears on the upper left side and it also scrolls in from the left side before fading away.
