PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds will soon receive a Desert Map – it has been in development for a very long time and was initially scheduled to launch on test servers this past week, but was delayed at the very last minute. The development team didn’t provide an actual reason for the delay, they just stated that the release has been pushed ahead due to last-minute issue in the Vaulting Patch. Today, Brendan Greene via Twitter shared few new screenshots of Desert Map of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds.
The map looks absolutely stunning as far as graphical features are concerned, some of the new elements that we can see on the map are cabins and prison. In addition to this, Brendan also assured PUBG community that the development work on the map is going on pretty smooth and it is well on track for a release later this year.
You can take a look at the screenshots below. PUBG will launch on Xbox One starting from December 12 via Xbox Game Preview program.
Our amazing art teams in Korea and US have been working closely together on our upcoming desert map, and today we are excited to share some new WIP screenshots with you.
