Retailers Should Not Dispatch GTA V Copies Before September 16 in UK: Rockstar

Rockstar Games has requested almost all retailers in United Kingdom not to dispatch copies of Grand Theft Auto V until September 16, 2013 just to make sure that early copies don’t reach consumers couple of days before official release date of September 17.

This piece of information comes from an email sent by UK retailer GAME to one of its consumers. The email reads (via VideoGamer): “GTA V is released on 17th September and Rockstar, who publish it, have worked very hard to make it the biggest gaming launch ever.”

“They have requested that no UK retailer despatch GTA V before the 16th September and GAME, along with all reputable retailers, will respect this request.”

GAME has already stated to its customers that GTA V orders won’t reach to them early.
