British Board of Film Classification (aka BBFC) has revealed it's rating for Capcom's Asura's Wrath. The game received "15" certificate due to moderate violence and gore. BBFC rating of Asura's Wrath rating also revealed that the game features a total of 7 hours of cut-scenes as well as 23 minutes worth of extras.
Asura's Wrath is schedule to launch on February 21, 2012 in NA and on February 24, 2012 in Europe.
Once a revered deity, Asura was betrayed by his fellow gods and stripped of all his powers. Consumed by anger at the injustice he has suffered and swearing vengeance, Asura discovers he can use this fury to his advantage and turn it against his enemies.
By channelling his inner rage, Asura is now able to unleash devastating attacks and wreak havoc as he battles against the deities who have wronged him and their earthly forces.
Capcom has revealed some fresh details regarding its upcoming action game "Asura's Wrath". Capcom confirmed that Asura won't be the only playable character in the game. Gamers will also be able to control Yasha (image below), however no details was revealed when or if they will be able to switch between the two.
Capcom also said that although the game is completely based on Asian mythology gamers from around the world will be able to enjoy the game.
Capcom has also confirmed post launch DLC support for Asura's Wrath. Watch the new gameplay trailer for Asura's Wrath below. The game will launch in February 2012.
Capcom has announced that it will produce the next draft of CyberConnect2. The game in question is called Asura's Wrath, and it will be for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The important thing is that the game will use the famous game engine from Epic Games, Unreal Engine 3.
According to the developer gamers will be controlling the god who has to wipe out countless enemies, but the major difference between this title and the other similar action game title is going to be the script which will be "a serialized drama".
