  • Dinosaur Mode in Battlefield 4 Sounds "Extremely Sexy" says DICE

    It seems like a long pending "Dinosaur Mode" demand of Battlefield Community will be met in Battlefield 4. In a recent Q&A session with IGN, Lars Gustavsson Creative Director at DICE stated that Dinosaur Mode sounds sexy and would fit perfectly in Battlefield universe.

    Battlefield 4 Dinosaur Mode"We definitely hear them and I like the thought of it too, so who knows. It definitely sounds extremely sexy and sounds like something that would fit the battlefield universe very well." Lars said.

    In the same Q&A session, Lars was also quizzed about whether Battlefield 4 will support remote play feature via PS VITA?. To this he replied that development has already started work on it and feels like final product will indeed have support for it.

    "That is the intent. That’s something we’re looking into and working on to see if we can guarantee it.  It’s getting there, so it’s, yeah. As always when you’re working on a game you’re still taking one day at a time, but it seems like we’re getting there."

    It looks like DICE is leaving no stone unturned to make Battlefield 4 A Best Shooter of 2013. Firstly they already confirmed that PS4/Xbox Port will offer a PC version like experience (read details HERE) and now these additional fans wanted features.

    Battlefield 4 is schedule to launch on October 29 for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Next-Gen version is not yet dated.

  • Stunning New Battlefield 4 Screen Shows "The Power of Frostbite 3"

    DICE and EA have released gorgeous and stunning screenshot of Battlefield 4 via game's official Twitter account.

  • Battlefield 4 will run at 1080p on PS4 and Xbox One confirms EA

    EA has finally made an official announcement that Battlefield 4 (next installment in Battlefield franchise) will run at 1080p on PS4 and Xbox One.

    Battlefield 4The announcement was made by EA's CTO Rajat Taneja at an EA investor’s meeting focused on the PS4. Rajat Taneja said:

    "[PS4 and next Xbox are] between 8 and 10 times the power [of previous gen]“, and, "We no longer have to constrain our games. 1080p, 60FPS…"

    In addition to this, Taneja also confirmed that Battlefield 4 on next-gen consoles will have 64 player servers, commander mode and a level of graphics we have never seen before.

    Battlefield 4 on PS3 and Xbox 360 will run at 720p and at 30 FPS.

    This is really great news for Battlefield fans.

    Battlefield 4 will arrive on October 29 in North America and on November 1 in Europe for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360. Xbox One and PS4 version is not yet dated.

  • Two New Battlefield 4 Screenshots Revealed, Show Collapsing Tower

    EA and DICE has released two brand new Battlefield 4 screenshts. The first one is from Battlefield 4 multiplayer section showing multiplayer map Siege of Shanghai and its main feature collapsing tower.

    Battlefield 4DICE has already confirmed that in order to collapse a tower in Battlefield 4, players will have to destory four supporting columns inside. The second screenshot is from Battlefield 4's single-player section (from gameplay mission that was showcased during E3 2013 presentation).

  • Battlefield 4 will sell 14 Million Copies During Launch says Analyst

    Sterne Agee analyst Arvind Bhatia has predicted that Battlefield 4, the next installment in popular Battlefield franchise, will sell whopping 14 million units during launch.

    Battlefield 4This sales figure is massive considering the fact that Battlefield 3 sold around 20 million units to date. Furthermore, Arvind Bhatia also stated that Battlefield 4 and its rival Call of Duty: Ghosts will be able to co-exist and survive in the market, even though both are releasing just one week apart.

    Bhatia also added that majority of Battlefield 4 sales will take place on PC, despite the arrival next-generation consoles (PS4 and Xbox One) from Sony and Microsoft.
