  • Gears of War 3 "Horde Command" DLC delayed Indefinitely

    A very disappointing news for all Gears of War 3 fans, Epic Games has delayed the launch of very first DLC pack for the game, "Horde Command Pack". The reason developer gave behind the delay of Horde Command Pack, "technical issue".

    Epic Games Community Manager, Raczilla said, "The scheduled Horde Command Pack release for Gears of War 3 is temporarily delayed due to a technical issue. We apologize to those of you who are anxiously awaiting to play. We know this is disappointing news as we’ve seen a lot of posts today showing excitement for this content. We have folks working around the clock to resolve this issue ASAP so you can all play and enjoy the Command Pack."

    "The Epic Games Community team will stick around and keep you posted with any further information. Stay tuned for updates!"

    So stay for more updates on this, we will sure let you know as to when Horde Command Pack for Gears of War 3 is rescheduled to be released.

  • Gears of War 3 Beta Date confirmed

    The release date for much awaited Gears of War 3 beta has been officially announced. Epic Games revealed the date on the game's official twitter account.

    Here is what the tweet on Bulletstorm's official Twitter account reads:

    "[Gears of War 3] beta starts in April & you will need your Epic Edition disc in tray to play. The Flaming Lancer unlocked in the beta & final game."

    Well it is really an exciting news, however the tweet does not reveal the exact release date. Stay tuned for more updates.

  • Epic Games new IP will be unveil at 2011 Games Developer Conference

    Epic Games new IP will be revealed at 2011 Games Developer Conference which take place in California from February 28 to March 4.

    Till now Epic Games has been quite successful in keeping their new IP under wraps even though there were many rumours that the title in question is for Kinect, but there isn't any concrete evidence to support it.

    In an interview Cliff Bleszinksi, Epic Games Lead Designer said "I believe game designers are the Stan Lees and Jack Kirbys of our day,"

    "we're creating these universes that leave a huge impact on people. Gamers votes with their dollars and they often like established IP, but those IPs came from somewhere, right?"

    He further added "Call of Duty was crafted by the original Medal of Honor guys. Gears of War was crafted by the original Unreal Tournament guy. I look forward to creating what's next."
