    Good news for Playstation fans in United Kingdom, Playstation 4 is back in stock at all GAME store across UK. The official Twitter feeds of numerous GAME store confirmed availability of limited PS4 stocks.

    Playstation 4So hurry up if you missed out on PS4 at launch in November 2013 and also during Xmas, its available in first come first serve basis.

  • PS Vita Price Drop for UK To Be Announced on Aug 23 says Retailer GAME

    At GamesCom 2013, Sony announced a official price drop for PS VITA ($199.99/€199.99), but at that time nothing was confirmed regarding the same for UK.

    Now according to details in a recent GAME Email, PS VITA price drop announcement for UK will be made at somepoint tomorrow (i.e on August 23, 2013).

    Sony has already confirmed that UK region has no RRP so retailers can set what ever price tag to PS VITA (as per their wish). So this price date announcement could be related to GAME stores in UK.

  • GAME's Listing of Majora's Mask 3D for 3DS is FAKE

    Yesterday it was rumored that UK video game retailer GAME has listed Majora's Mask 3D for Nintendo 3DS. Well guys said news, the listing has been officially confirmed as FAKE.

    The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3DOfficial Nintendo Magazine forum user "Magmortar963" made the FAKE listing with the help of Microsoft Powerpoint. Here is what Magmortar963 has to say about the listing:

    "LOL! What a hoax! I made this on Powerpoint yesterday morning after hearing about Nintendo Direct and it took me no more than 30 minutes! I can’t believe you’re all getting so pumped up about it! Lol!"

  • Retailer GAME enters administration, official statement released

    For past few hours, GAME and GameStation website are unavailable. UK retailer GAME has just issued a press statements clarifying the issues experienced on its official website by consumers.

    GAME RetailerDear GAME customers,

    Here’s some important news about us. GAME Group plc (the parent company of GAME in the UK) is now in administration. We want you to know that the Administrators aim at this time is to continue trading while they seek to find a new owner for the business.

    In the meantime, we’ve had to make some changes. We’ve summarised them below. Some of them are temporary, some are permanent.

    1.Online Sales: We expect some disruption to our online services over the next few days while we make some changes. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes.

    2.Refunds and Exchanges: Until further notice, we will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges for products purchased either before the administration or for products purchased from the date of the administration.

    3.Pre-Orders: No new pre-orders can be taken until further notice. No refunds can be given for any pre-order deposits which have been paid. We are reviewing this over the next week.

    4.GAME Reward card: We have had to suspended use of GAME Reward Cards. This means that points can be earned but NOT redeemed until further notice.

    5.Gift cards: We have also had to suspend GAME gift cards. The value on these cards cannot be redeemed. If this changes, we will let you know. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes.

    6.GAMEWallet: the value stored in GAMEwallet accounts will be suspended until further notice following the appointment of administrators.

    7.Pre-owned Software: You can still buy pre owned products at great prices in your local store or online. If you trade in a pre-owned software item then you will still be able to accrue reward points and use your trade in to exchange for another item. You will not be able to trade in pre-owned software for cash. If this changes, we will let you know. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes.

    8.Pre-owned Hardware: We have had to suspend trade in for pre-owned hardware at this time. If this changes, we will let you know. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes.

    9.Click and Collect titles: We have had to suspend this service. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes.

    The UK retailer has also named "MJA Jervis and SD Maddison" as Joint Administrators of The GAME Group plc to manage their affairs business and property as their agents and without personal liability.

  • UK retailer GAME removed from Stock Exchange

    The struggle and hide and seek game that UK retailer GAME was playing has finally come to an end. The firm has submitted an application to removed it from stock exchange since there is no "equity value left in the Group".

    GameThe retailer just issued a press statement which reads, "Further to the announcements of 12 March 2012 and 14 March 2012, the board of GAME has assessed the status of the ongoing and regular discussions between GAME and its lending banks and between its lending banks and a potential third party provider of finance to the business.

    "The Board now considers itself to be unable to assess the business's financial position, and is of the opinion that there is no equity value left in the Group. Therefore the Company has requested that the listing of its securities on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange plc be suspended from trading with effect from 7:30am today.

    "The Company will provide a further update in due course."

  • Report: GAME collapse completely worldwide

    All rescue door for retailer GAME seems to have closed now. According to reports from Reuters, GAME management team has told investors, "It is uncertain whether any of the solutions currently being explored by the board will be successful or will result in any value being attributed to the shares of the company."

    GAMEThis was always on the card as things got worst for GAME earlier today as its shares fall below 1p level putting it into a "Trash Stock" category, which implies that GAME is not worth anything now.

    For GAME now there is only two possible outcome, first is either it will shup all its shop, or other retail gaint like GAMESTOP will jump in any buy out GAME.

  • GAME comments on Mass Effect 3 and other EA games Stock issue

    It has been officially confirmed that UK retailer GAME will not stock EA's upcoming game Mass Effect 3, not only this, the retailer has confirmed that after SSX launch they won't stock any EA titles.

    It has been also reported that fans who earlier pre-ordered the space opera (Mass Effect 3) from GAME directly in Store will get £5 worth of Reward points (it can be collected between March 1 to March 6) along with the deposit amount.

    EA said to Eurogamer, "For customers who have pre-ordered the N7 Collector’s Edition please re-order your copies through these retailers(See below for list).  For further information regarding the Mass Effect 3 Standard Edition with the N7 Warfare Gear in-game weapons pack, please check [...the Mass Effect 3 launch site] later today.  If you have placed a deposit for a pre-order or are uncertain that your existing pre-order will be guaranteed, please contact your local retailer.  Your local retailer is doing everything possible to make this process as smooth as possible to ensure you get your copy on launch day"

    On this Mass Effect 3 stocking issue, a GAME Spokeperson has this to say (via SPONG):

    "We currently have a supply issue with regards to Mass Effect 3, which means that GAME and gamestation will not be able to fulfil orders for Mass Effect 3 at this time," a Gspokesperson for the company said. "We want to give customers as much notice about this as possible and provide them with a range of options ahead of launch.

  • GAME unveils Assassin's Creed: Revelations 'Ottoman Edition'

    According to UK retailer GAME, a brand new edition of Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Revelations titled as Ottoman Edition will launch next month. It will release on March 16 for £39.99.

    Assassin's Creed: RevelationsHowever, GAME listing of Assassin's Creed: Revelations Ottoman Edition does not reveal any details about content. The listing confirms it will launch on both PS3 and Xbox 360.

  • GAME confirms new Medal of Honor and Need for Speed 13

    Online Retailer gaint GAME has revealed some confidential details from EA meeting on their official Twitter account. In a tweet, GAME mention new Medal of Honor game and Need for Speed 13.

    Medal of HonorGAME tweeted, "EA presentation was great, Had mentions of a new Medal of Honour [sic] and Need for Speed 13! EA have an exciting year ahead."

    The retailer has deleted the tweeted. Earlier this morning, GAME talked about their trip to EA, "This morning we're at an EA presentation, where we hope to see some pretty cool games! Don't know what we can say yet but stay tuned!"
