  • Mass Effect 2: Arrival DLC now available on Xbox Live

    Bioware has released the highly anticipated Arrival DLC for Mass Effect 2, the DLC is now available for download on Xbox Live for 560 MSP i.e £4.80. Its size is around 780.20 MB.

  • Mass Effect 2: Arrival DLC release date announced

    Bioware just a while ago announced the release date for the last DLC pack for Mass Effect 2 "Arrival". The DLC will launch on March 29, it lead up to the event of Mass Effect 3.

    Mass Effect 2: Arrival will also feature three new achievements for Xbox 360 and PC, and three new trophies for PS3. It will cost Xbox 360 gamers 560 MSP, PS3 gamers can get it for £5.49 whereas PC gamers can buy it for 560 Bioware Points.

    In Mass Effect: Arrival, Commander Shepard is sent to the edge of the galaxy to rescue an undercover operative who may have evidence of an imminent Reaper invasion that has been looming since the very beginning of the series.

    Giving out the details Casey Hudson, Executive Producer, Mass Effect series said, “All year, we have been extremely honored and humbled by the reception we have received for Mass Effect 2 from players around the world, including our post release DLC”

    “Mass Effect: Arrival is an exciting extension to Mass Effect 2 and will show players just how close the Reapers are to returning and completing their deadly harvest.”

    The release date for the last DLC titled "Arrival" for Mass Effect 2 is not yet out, however developer today revealed one new screenshot for it that will surely tease us. The "Arrival" DLC is the last DLC for the game, which lead up to the event of Mass Effect 3. No further information has been revealed on the said DLC.

  • Mass Effect 2 upcoming DLC details leaked in PS3 patch

    OOPS Bioware done this intentionally?, Mass Effect 2 developer just a while ago released a new patch update for Playstation 3 version game, and with that they also leaked the details such as name and trophies that will feature in the final DLC pack for the game.

    According to the reports the next DLC for the game will be called "The Arrival", and the three new trophies that will be included in it are:

    • The Ultimate Sacrifice: Complete the Arrival DLC
    • Last Stand: Survive all five waves in the battle for Object Rho
    • Covert Action: Rescue Dr. Amanda Kenson without attracting hostile attention.

    The details about the above trophies was spotted by a user on developer official forum and from there words spread to massive gaming forum NeoGAF. How far these details are true is not yet known, but its definitely a sorts of spoiler.

    With Xbox live policy of offering contents cheaper every week, more affordable to users possessing a Xbox Live Gold account. This time users of the Xbox Live can buy downloadable content (DLC) packs of Mass Effect 2 cheaper than their original price.

    Specifically, it has reduced Kasumi: Stolen Memory and Overlord packs at 400 Microsoft Points each. Kasumi: Stolen Memory adds a new character and loyalty mission to Mass Effect 2.  It also adds the sub-machine gun as a new obtainable weapon. Overlord features five new worlds to explore with the Hammerhead vehicle.

    On the other hand, Blood Dragon Armor also available at reduced price (160 Microsoft Points), Mass Effect 2 Suit (160 Microsoft Points) and Helmet (80 Microsoft Points). The offer is valid until Monday 18 October. So friends get hurry if you haven't tasted them.

    The next DLC for Mass Effect 2 has been announced, Bioware reveals that the next DLC to their highly successful title Mass Effect 2 will be out soon and it is called Liar of the Shadow Broker.

    Two years ago, Commander Shepard died and Liara T’Soni fought in a desperate struggle against the Shadow Broker to recover her former Commander. Now that Shepard is back, it’s time to even the score and team up with Liara to confront the mysterious and sinister Shadow Broker in the latest expansion to Mass Effect 2.

    No release date for Lair of the Shadow Broker was given out as the website listing only reads as "Coming Soon", watch this space for more on it in coming days.

    Bioware not much long ago launched a Equalizer Pack DLC for the game title Mass Effect 2 which consisted of a new and bonus armour. This DLC was for those gamers who had pre ordered the game for a total of 160 Microsoft Points. Now there is a new DLC coming out for Mass Effect 2 which is Overload DLC.

    The detail of it is given out by Bioware, this Overload DLC will also going to be paid DLC and gamers ahs to shell out something form there pocket but how much not yet out. Second DLC will be consisting of five new Level based on the tale of on a same one planet. Gamers will be getting to use a Hammerhead as their transport medium for getting on to the planet and apart from this many more.

    This Overload DLC Pack will be out sometime by next week and it will be fourth DLC pack for Bioware Mass Effect 2. So if you are thinknig you had done with Mass Effect 2 and had enough of it than think again.
