    Remedy Entertainment has just re-reveal their upcoming Xbox One exclusive game, Quantum Break. The developer has just released a brand new teaser trailer and some gorgeous looking in-game 1080p screenshots. We have everything below for you take a look.

    In addition to this, Remedy announced that the first ever live demo of Quantum Break will take place at GamesCom 2014 in August and confirmed 2015 as release window.

    "We’re excited to announce that Remedy will be presenting the first ever live demo of Quantum Break’s time-amplified gameplay at Gamescom in August. Launching in 2015, Quantum Break will deliver an unprecedented fusion of cinematic gameplay and high-quality, live-action storytelling – exclusively on Xbox One." said Remedy.

    Creative Director Sam Lake said: "We are working hard to bring you an entertainment experience like no other,"

    "Quantum break will be out in 2015. I’m very excited to tell you that we’ll be presenting Quantum Break’s time-amplified action gameplay for the first time ever in August at Gamescom."

    Sam also went on to explained how the upcoming cinematic action game would interact with the live action show that's also planned.

    "The game is about heroes, the show is about villains," he revealed. "In the game you play Jack Choice in a desperate fight to stop the fracture, that threatens to cause the end of time. In the show, in the style of a modern TV series you follow the schemes and power play inside Monarch – the corporation that’s Jack’s main enemy."

  • Xbox One Exclusive Quantum Break gets new teaser screen, "Videos and news coming soon": Remedy

    Remedy's Sam Lake has just shared a brand new teaser image of their upcoming Xbox One exclusive title, "Quantum Break". The screen probably showcases our lead character in mid-air about to deliver a punch to an enemy.

    From the makers of Alan Wake and Max Payne comes Quantum Break, a revolutionary entertainment experience that blurs the line between television and gameplay, developed exclusively for Xbox One.

    No release date has been announced yet for Quantum Break, but rumors on the internet states that the game has been delayed to 2015. Expect an official announcement from Microsoft and Remedy at E3 2014.

  • Remedy comments on why Quantum Break is exclusive to Xbox One

    Quantum Break was first shown to the gaming world at Microsoft's Xbox One reveal event in May 2013. At the time of announcement Microsoft stated that this game is going to be an Ultimate Remedy experience.

    Quantum BreakQuantum Break is schedule to arrive exclusive for Xbox One, hear it from Remedy CEO Matias Myllyrinne why this is the case.

    According to Matias, it would have been impossible to create Quantum Break without Microsoft's help.

    “This is clearly a strategic move for them as well as us. This is something – we have crazy ideas – but we need to fall back and let the full force of a company like Microsoft see it through,” Matias Myllyrinne, told GI International in a recent interview.

    “There’s no way on God’s green Earth that we would take on a venture like this on our own. We might have the appetite but there’s no way we could.”

    “For us, our interests are nicely aligned. We serve a strategic purpose for them in delivering unique content for their platform with a unique twist. And for us that allows us follow the creative passion that the team needs to fulfil through a project like this.”
