  • SSFIV: Arcade Edition available for pre-order on Steam, system requirements revealed

    Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition is now available for pre-order on Steam. The game is slated to release in July, and it will be available for $40. Capcom is offering an awesome deal to all those who already owned a copy of Super Street Fighter IV (non super edition), a 10% percent off on Arcade Edition pre-order.

  • Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition coming to PC in July

    Capcom has just confirmed that Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition will launch on PC in the early part of July, however the exact launch date hasn't been announced yet.

    On Unity publisher said, “Trust me, nobody wants to get the PC version out as soon as possible more than us, we still have some logistical hoops to jump through before we can set a hard and firm date, but the goal is to definitely be in the earlier part of July. Scout’s honor!”

    Super Street Fighter IV: Arcade Edition will launch on PS3 and Xbox 360 in the form of DLC on June 7, it will be available in retail on June 24.

  • SSFIV: Complete Ultra Costume Pack Out Now

    Capcom has just released the complete all-in-one pack "Ultra" Costume pack for Super Street Fighter 4. It is now available for download on Xbox Live.

    For Xbox 360 gamers, SSF4: Complete Ultra Costume pack is available for 1440 MSP. The pack was also schedule to launch on Playstation Network today for $18, but due to PSN outage issue its released has been delayed.

  • Capcom Block Sales of SSFIV DLC on Xbox Live Till November 16

    As reported earlier by us that many gamers are facing some issue in downloading SSFIV DLC on Xbox Live after buying it, now Capcom has announced that they pulled out the DLC until November 16.

    Capcom US body said that they were aware of this issue previously so incontrast to this the sales of Ultra Costume Catalog 1, Ultra Challengers Pack 1 and the Ultra Shoryuken Pack have all been block.

  • Microsoft Working on Fix for SSFIV DLC download issue on Xbox Live

    Microsoft has officially confirmed that many gamers has been facing some issue while downloading the recently released SSFIV DLC Ultra Challengers Pack 1 and Ultra Costume Catalog 1 on Xbox Live.

    Major Nelson said on his official blog “Although you can purchase the content, you may not be able to download it. Clearly things are not working as they should,”

    He further assured fans that they are looking into the matter and has also started the work to fix the issue.

    “The team is currently looking into the issue and are working to resolve it as quickly as possible.”

  • Capcom Reveal Price and Release Detail for New Super Street Fighter IV Costumes

    A formal announcement was made by Capcom at TGS 2010 about Super Street Fighter IV new costume and now today they give out the release and pricing detail for the same.

    All the 35 characters in the game will be getting the one new costume which will be bundled in a set costing gamers 320 MS Points (¥400). Capcom also announced that once all the costume are out a complete bundle pack will be release costing 1400 MSP (¥2,000)

    Here is the complete release schedule:

    • October 26: Ultra Challengers Pack 1 : Hakan, Makoto, Guy, Dudley, Dee-Jay
    • November 02: Ultra Shoryuken Pack : Ryu, Ken, Akuma, Goken, Dan
    • November 16: Ultra Beauty Pack :  Chun-Li, C.Viper, Sakura, Rose, Cammy
    • December 21: Ultra Challengers A Pack 2 :  Juri, Ibuki, Cody, Adon, T.Hawk

  • No PC version of Super Street Fighter IV Due to Piracy

    If you are hoping for Super Street Fighter IV to release on PC, than we are very sorry to inform you that this is not gonig to happen, and reason is piracy.

    Yoshinori Ono, Series Producer said that due to high piracy with the PC version of the original Street Fighter IV, there are currently no plans for a PC version of Super Street Fighter.

    Ono further added that the original game title in the series was at one time one of the best seller game all around the world but at the same tile it was number one piracy.

    However he didn't rule out the PC version of the game completely, if they can find out some way controlling the piracy throught a powerful copy protection solution than PC version status can change.

    Super Street Fighter IV Arcade is slated to come out in December 2010.

  • Super Street Fighter IV on Nintendo 3DS won't feature 3D gameplay

    SSFIV coming out on 3DS will not have a 3D gameplay. Yoshinori Ono said that there won't be much difference between the console and 3DS version of the game and just because there are 3D visual in the 3DS doesn't means that there will be 3D gameplay.

    Yoshinori Ono said, "Gameplay will be the same as Super Street Fighter IV,". He also reveal that their 3DS wireless connectivity is in consideration for gameplay as well as for communication but what exactly will it be yet not sure.
