The infamous glitch that removed characters’ faces in Assassin’s Creed Unity seems to be a part of Tom Clancy’s The Division as well. The glitch is so popular it even has a name, since it is called “No Face”. You can take a look at it in the screenshot below.
The glitch basically consists of the faces’ textures disappearing, while facial hair and hair still stand at their proper place. It’s pretty sad such issues keep repeating in Ubisoft’s titles, although this time it is easier to understand why they appear since The Division is an MMO and bigger game in comparison with story-based Assassin’s Creed Unity.
In the effort of providing a reason to the glitch, it seems it is there because of Assassin’s Creed and The Division sharing some graphical tech with the popular action adventure franchise.
