After the announcement of resolution figure for Assassin’s Creed: Unity for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, many gamers expected a similar controversy with another upcoming title from Ubisoft, Far Cry 4. But Creative Director Alex Hutchinson via Twitter has clarified that development team behind Far Cry 4 are targeting 1080p/30FPS for PlayStation 4 version of Far Cry 4.
When a fan asked Alex: “Sir what is the resolution and framerate targeted for Far Cry 4 for the PS4?” he replied: “1080p and 30FPS.”

No update was provided as to what the target Resolution/FPS for Xbox One version of Far Cry 4 will be. It seems like we have to wait a bit more to get this information. Far Cry 4 is scheduled to launch on November 18. The game offers a gameplay length of around 35 hours, according to Alex Hutchinson.
The aim of the development team is to deliver the most expansive and immersive Far Cry experience, ever in an entirely new and massive open world with a new weapons, vehicles, wildlife and more.
