Some brand new confirmed Xbox One details from user who got his hand on the console via Target Store. Xbox One takes around 17 seconds time period to get to the dashboard, pretty fast.

Initial update of 500 MB took about 2 minutes. I have about 65 download and 30 upload internet atm so take that into account.
