Yoshida Responds to PS4 Play As You Download Feature Query: “What If Download Is Pause?”

Sony’s next-gen Playstation console, PS4 supports Play As You Download feature, it allows players to play large game files that are still downloading.

Shuhei Yoshida has revealed some new details related to this Play As You Download feature of PS4. On Twitter, a fan asked Yoshida, “If I pause the download of a PS4 game, can I still play it? What happens when I reach the point I’ve downloaded to?”

To this Yoshida replied:
