Revival of Original Series:
If we keep aside the gameplay, looking at the scenes and listening to the dialogue in the game gives the feel as if we are still in 80s and seeing the cartoon series. The presentation, graphics and voice over in the game has done a excellent job of reviving and evoking the original series.
Gameplay offer lots of things:
In Transformers: War for Cybertron apart from great storytelling and execution there lots more in terms of gameplay for the gamers. Each of the 10 chapters in the game is playable in single player as well as co-op play through online multiplayer, and best part gamers can drop in and out of the game anytime. Each campaign in the game feature three playable transformer.
Multiplayer is to watch out for in the game:
Transformers: War For Cybertron has focuses much on multiplayer mode and it offer lots of thing. The Escalation mode of the game has a strong comparison with Zombie Survival mode of Call of Duty, and it offers gamers to unlock three characters, along with spending the points earn by them by defeating their enemies on health, ammo and weapons. There are others multiplayer mode also in the game to watch out for.
Not Worth Fighting For:
Transformers: War of Cybertron is basically a story of a battle between Autobots and Deception for their homeworld, but this is not that much worth as there is not much to see what gamers are fighting on and in a planet which consist of metal ad electric current. Some sorts of credit goes to the developers for putting the efforts.
Unbalance between Difficulty Level:
In Transformers: War of Cybertron there isn’t any sort of balancing and comfort level between some of the difficulty level of the game. The Standard medium difficulty level is all about swinging wildly whereas easy difficulty level is much more entertaining given out that game has a repetitive nature of gameplay.
Multiplayer Success or Failure?
Multiplayer feature is one of the ups and also one of the down in the game, as the maps featuring in the multiplayer mode are too small and it doesn’t goes in favour of Transformers: War of Cybertron. The core gameplay in multiplayer mode has also not live up to the expectation. It wait and watch for time being regarding multiplayer mode, whether it will be a success or not but it is sure there are some strikes against it.
Overall the developer of Transformers: War of Cybertron tried very hard to bring the best game but they fails to get their. The game is not worth $60 price tag. The reason behind it is that the campaign is too small and it is a bit frustrating also. If you are not a die hard fan of transformer but still want to have this game than it better for you to watch and watch for it price to get dip.
