  • Metro Redux PS4/Xbox One vs Metro 2033 And Last Light Comparison Screens Shows Startling Difference In Graphics & Texture

    Yesterday, Deep Silver announced Metro: Redux, a special collection of fully re-mastered and improved version of both Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light. Sony via their official Playstation blog stated that Metro Redux on Playstation 4 will run at glorious 1080p/60 FPS and also released some in-game screenshots captured directly from Playstation 4.

    Metro Redux includes Metro 2033 (for the first time ever on a PlayStation platform) and Metro: Last Light, remastered for PlayStation 4, with all the gameplay, AI, gunplay, and graphical improvements to both games.

    Metro: Redux is powered by latest 4A Engine.  Graphics/Visuals we saw in the debut gameplay trailer were astonishing, but there's no confirmation that everything that was showcased were running in-game on Xbox One/PS4.

  • First Metro: Last Light PS4 teaser released, says "Are You Ready?"

    The first teaser of Metro: Last Light running on Playstation 4 has arrived. The official Metro: Last Light vine channel has posted a few seconds of teaser footage showcasing Playstation 4 controller, Start-up option and a gameplay footage.

    A short teaser but long enough to keep Metro video-game series fans excited about the upcoming next-gen remastered port. Officially, no release date has been announced but listing from numerous retailer hints July 2014.

    Deep Silver has officially confirmed the existence of Metro franchise next-gen port via Eurogamer. A spokesperson of the studio said: "Yes. We never made any secret of 4A's desire to bring Metro to the latest generation of console hardware.

    But what you saw leaked was taken from an old, internal planning presentation, containing some nuggets of truth but a lot of hypothetical ideas and place holder material."

  • Metro: Redux Coming To PS4, Xbox One & PC, Enhanced Graphics/Visuals And All DLCs: Updated

    Its seems like Deep Silver is planning to re-release all previous Metro franchise game i.e "Metro 2033 and Metro Last Light" along with all DLCs released some far for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

    Metro: ReduxThis special collection will be called "Metro Redux" and will feature Metro 2033, Metro Last Light and all DLCs will major graphical improvements for next-gen consoles.

    Official confirmation is still awaited on this collection, we have contacted representative of both Deep Silver and 4A Games. Take a look at the image below discovered by our friend at Everyeye Italy.

    How many of you would like to see both Metro games coming to Playstation 4 and Xbox One with enhanced graphics/visuals. Both Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light was released for last-gen consoles (only later was announced for PS4), so this make does make lot of sense, and market isn't a worrying factor considering a success of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition.

    4A Games has just released brand new patch for PC version of Metro: Last Light. This latest patch weighs around 15 MB in size and fixes stuttering issues that have been reported by community.

    4A Games has just released first title update of Metro: Last Light. As per the details revealed, this update fixes numerous issues with AMD’s hardware, and improves performance for these cards
