Bounties in The Division 2 are an excellent way to score great loot for your character to use throughout the game. You want to hit them often when you reach level 30. The more difficult the bounty, the better weapons and equipment you can nab from the enemies you encounter. You need intel to go after a bounty, and but intel is a precious resource you can easily lose if you're not careful.\n\n\n\nYou need to recruit Otis to your cause to acquire more difficult bounties. You can grab Otis after completing the second Campus settlement mission by progressing through the main story.\n\n\n\nYou can open your bounties in the map menu at any time to see if any are available. Some more difficult bounties require you to take out specific targets before tackling them. You need to complete both targets to move on to the harder one. On the map, there are clear lines linking them together to make it easier to show which ones you need to do first.\n\n\n\nBefore you can accept a target on the map you need to spend intel to locate that target. You can receive intel by doing random events throughout the world, taking down powerful enemies, or by searching through recently conquered control points. When you choose a bounty on the map to go after, you have a limited time to hunt them down. You should have a direct waypoint to their location on your map and you have fifteen minutes to make it to the location. \n\n\n\nIf you die on the way there or when encountering the bounty, you lose track of them and have to spend more intel to find them again. You may want to take a friend or two with you to ensure you take the bounty down and acquire the helpful loot they drop.
