Life Is Strange 2 Episode 1 Part 1 Walkthrough begins with Daniel and Sean two brothers living a peaceful life when things turn tragic after a misfortune hits them. There is one major choice in this part that will impact Daniel’s relationship with Sean. Also, you can find the locations of Party Times Sean has to collect.
Life Is Strange 2 Episode 1 begins with an accident and you will play the flashback to learn what really happened. The stories revolve around two brothers Sean and Daniel. After a tragic incident, they are forced to run away from the police. The major objective of this chapter is to gather all items for an evening party, there are many things in the house. In this guide, you can find the exact locations of those party items.
Part 1 Walkthrough – Collect Party Items & Scold or Not To Scold Daniel – Major Choice
During the starting cutscene, you will see an explosion that took off an officer. The game begins right after the incident.
Collect Items For Party From Home
First few minutes will be a discussion between Lyla and Sean. Once they sat on the porch to talk you will see a few choices to pick. These are not major choices, just simple one to continue the game. You can pick any to continue. Lyla will offer a cigarette you have to pick one from Take One or Refuse. It is not a major choice so you pick anything to continue talking. If you took the cigarette both will take some puffs. The next choice you will get after Lyla write downs list of required party items on Sean’s hand. You have to pick one from Good Drawing & That’s A Penis?
In the next question, you will have to choose between Always Be Friends & No ES Possible. If you pick the first choice the conversation will end soon. Sean will move into his house and there will be another section where you will interact with various objects after a short cutscene.
Sean’s father will ask a Daniel to decide who eats the last chocolate and you will get three choices Senior Daiz Wins, Daniel, Is Innocent and You’re Both Guilty. Once Daniel and his father move away from the room you will be interacting with different objects. Look in the backpack kept on the right of the main door where you will see the objectives.
Munchies:
In the kitchen area look on the right of the fridge for white cabinet inside you will find a pack of chips. Take it for the party.
Drinks:
Open the fridge and there you will find some beer. Take the drinks for the party. Look below for non-booze.
Blankets:
On the left side of the kitchen area look for a open door that goes to the garage. Turn on the light first. The switch will be on your right. Look on the shelf in the right corner on the top shelf you will find the blankets.
Get Cash From Dad:
To get the cash you will have to first help him out in finding a wrench. The location is below. The first choice will appear for the car thing, he is fixing the car for Sean’s graduation. You will have to pick from You Don’t Have To & It’s Wicked. Just pick anything to continue talking. After a while, Sean will ask for the money and there will be two choices Yeah, Probably & Just Halloween Stuff. Pick anything and you will get some cash. There will be two more choices and then he will continue fixing the car.
Wrench: Go to the next room and Sean’s dad will ask you to pass the wrench. After looking on the red drawer look on the right of the car on a brown drawer and you will find the wrench. Give to dad. He will tell that you gave the wrong one, the next one you will find the left side of the car.
Inside Sean’s room that is located just on the right of the lobby before the bathroom. Look in the cabinet of the computer desk and you will get a weed pipe. On the left of the computer desk look in the drawer of the brown cabinet and you will get some condoms. Check Daniel’s room once it will be locked, so knock and talk to him. After talking go towards backpack kept on the right side of the door.
Skype Lyla
Return to Sean’s room and interact with the laptop to chat with Lyla. There will be a short conversation until Sean will hear Daniels voice, look out from the window.
Save Daniel – Major Choice
While trying to save Daniel you will come across the first major choice of the game. Below are the consequences of both the choices.
- Question Daniel – Sean shouts on Daniel which will affect the relationship between the brothers. The neighbor will keep on taunting Sean, after losing his temper he will hit the boy.
- Confront Brett – Sean will try to protect Daniel from the neighbor, in the argument Sean will lose his temper and hit the boy. In the third hit, the neighbor boy will fall on the ground.
After hitting the neighbor he fell unconscious on the ground, the officer will panic and he will shoot Daniel’s father. Next, there will be a loud explosion.
Sean will weak up and see everything is messed up. The neighbor, his father, and the police officer all three are dead. There is nothing he can do, he picks-up Daniel and escapes the scene.
