The best way to quickly find a Dusk Stone is to head to the Trading Post in Jubilife Village and speak with Simona. She will have multiple evolution items for sale, but you’ll need to use Merit Points to buy them. These Merit Points are what you earn as you find the lost Satchels dropped by Pokémon trainers who fainted in the wild after being attacked by a Pokémon.
You can also earn a Dusk Stone by finding it by riding your Ursaluna and digging up treasure or by exploring a space-time distortion. However, these locations are random, so you may spend a lot of time looking for a Dusk Stone.
Once you have the Dusk Stone, all you have to do is offer it to Misdreavus and it evolves into a Mismagius.
