If you don’t know exactly where the lake is, you can find it far to the northwest taking the “A” of Ambarino as a reference in the world map.
On the northwestern shore of Lake Isabella you will find a cave (just look for the hilly area if you need one more hint). Once entered the cave you will spot a cart with a dead body near it. Look for a chest inside the cart. Open the cart and get take the Cobalt Petrified Wood.
