Twin Mirror has two forms of collectibles for you to find. One of those optional side quests relates to mementos, and finding them can unlock two achievements or trophies. You can obtain the Lost and Found one for finding a single memento and the Full House achievement or trophy for collecting all 14.
To add each memento to your collection, walk up to an item and tap Y on Xbox or Triangle on PlayStation. You can keep track of your mementos by opening your journal, opening a person’s entry, and using RB or R1 to navigate to their memento page. Your journal will be updated each time you find one, so look out for the notification in the top left corner of the screen.
You must find them all during the same playthrough to unlock the second achievement. If you miss any, you can use the scene selection mode, which unlocks after you complete the game for the first time, to restart at certain checkpoints to find the others.
Tree carving
After you recount your first memory at Basswood’s lookout point. On your way back to the car, look for a single tree with moss growing on it. Clean the moss away to reveal the carving.
Coal Miner’s Haven sign
Before you head into the bar for Nick’s wake, walk behind the police car in the parking lot. You will find the bar’s large, yellow sign next to a side entrance.
Anna’s guitar
After Anna performs at the wake and before you greet her, look at her guitar on the stage.
Exotic bottle
When you head back to Ethan’s bar the next morning. Look at some bottled spirits on the wall to your left to find it. Take it using the A button on Xbox or cross button on PlayStation, and put it back to unlock the memento.
Dennis’ car
In the parking lot in Basswood’s town center. Walk around to the left of your vehicle to find his. Look at the number plate on the back of his car.
Kathy’s glass jar
Inside the pharmacy across the road from the car park. Interact with it before you speak to Kathy behind the counter.
Miners’ graffiti
Down the street from the pharmacy. Head right before you enter the pharmacy, or left if you are leaving it. Have a chat with Declan, who is trying to move a drug addict on, and then look right to find the mural.
Declan’s keys
Inside Cafe Americano. After your chat with Cristina, head towards the door, and look right. Inspect the board and use your thumbstick to look down at a set of keys with a cowboy keyring attached to them.
Team photograph
Inside the Basswood Jungle offices. Go into Walter’s room and inspect his computer. You need to find a password to look at his emails. Once Sam says that he must search the room for clues about what the password could be, head to the wall opposite you and look at the image next to the bookcase.
Sam’s nameplate
After you leave Walter’s room and head back to Nick’s desk, look right for Sam’s old desk. Look at the nameplate on top to unlock this memento.
Anna’s travel journal
In Anna’s house. Before you bring her a drink to calm her down, head towards the back of the room by the television. Look left behind a chair. You will spot a travel journal on the floor.
Joan’s unicorn toy
Go upstairs in Anna’s house after your heart-to-heart with her. Turn right at the top and go into Joan’s room. Approach her desk to find a stuffed animal in a drawer.
Joan’s comic book
Following your tense conversation with Joan at Nick’s fishing shack. Head outside and walk around to the back. Look for a comic book sitting on a bench.
Nick’s graduation photograph
The final memento is inside Nick’s fishing shack. Look at the wall next to the fish painting to inspect some photographs. Move your thumbstick to look at the top photograph to unlock the memento.
