You can find the Warped Brindle Arabian near the Wapiti Indian Reservation. The Reservation is to the north, to the northeast of Valentine. The best place to begin your search is right above where it says Wapiti on the map. The Warped Brindle Arabian spawns in this general area.
When you spot the horse, be extremely careful. Wild horses spook easily, so lock on to it and call out to the horse. Move towards it very slowly, then pat it, and try to mount the horse.
