Are you a companion person? Did you start off as a Spore Warden and later pick a Clawbringer so you could have multiple companions by your side? If so, you might want to get your hands on the Master Rune ward. This ward isn’t complicated, it just increases the damage your companions deal by 25%. That is an impressive increase and might even be a lifesaving one. Here is how you can get the Master Rune legendary ward in Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands.
Most of the legendary items in the Wonderlands are world drops and the Master Rune ward is no different. World drop items are able to drop from any notable loot source in the game. Notable loot sources include bosses, minibosses, chests, Lucky Dice, and even normal enemies. Pretty much anything that drops loot counts as a notable source. While most items also have a dedicated drop location, the Master Rune ward can only drop from world sources. This makes it rather difficult to obtain. Luckily, you can make things a little easier once you beat the game.
After you complete the campaign, you will gain access to the Chaos Chamber inside the castle in Brighthoof. Before taking on the Chaos Chamber, we recommend increasing your Loot Luck by finding the various Lucky Dice around the world and completing the Shrine of Aaron G. When you go through the Chaos Chamber, you will find a room at the end that is filled with rabbit statues. One of these statues has a shield symbol above its head. This means that it can only give wards as loot. Go through the Chaos Chamber and collect crystals along your way. When you reach the loot room at the end, spend your crystals on the ward rabbit statue. Since there aren’t many legendary wards in the game, your odds of obtaining the Master Rune are pretty good here. You can increase your chances of getting legendary items as well by increasing what Chaos Level you are on. You can increase your Chaos Level by completing trials in the Chaos Chamber.
