What is the release date for the NBA 2K21 demo?

The demo will launch very soon.

We know very little information regarding NBA 2K21, the cover star announcements and the release of a current-generation gameplay trailer were revealed during July and early August. Things got a push on August 12, as NBA 2K Gameplay Director Mike Wang gave us some major details on what fans of the franchise can expect from NBA 2K21.

In addition to updating fans of the NBA 2K franchise on the status of NBA 2K21, Wang also stated that a demo for the game will be available in late August.

Wang, on the NBA 2K Reddit page, stated that the demo for NBA 2K21 will be available on August 24. The date makes sense, as not only does it come just a little under two weeks before the launch of NBA 2K21, but it’s also a fitting tribute to Kobe Bryant, who will be on the cover of the NBA 2K21 Mamba Forever Edition, wore both 8 and 24 in his illustrious NBA career with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Wang added that the demo will be available for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and the Nintendo Switch.
