The Pokémon Go Season of Celebration kicks off during the winter season, giving players three months of content. The first events feature Pokémon from the Kalos region appearing around the world. The Season of Celebration also has a heightened focus on particular Pokémon appearing in specific regions due to the changing seasons. To go along with these changes is where Durant and Heatmor are spawning.
Traditionally, Durant would only spawn in the eastern hemisphere, and Heatmor would spawn in the western hemisphere. For the Season of Celebration, these Pokémon have switched. Durant will now be appearing in the western hemisphere, and Heatmor is spawning in the eastern hemisphere. If you haven’t had the chance to capture either of these Pokémon, now’s a great time to do it.
Durant is a Bug and Steel-type Pokémon. It has a maximum CP of 2,659, an attack of 217, a defense of 188, and a stamina of 151. Heatmor is a Fire-type Pokémon with a maximum CP of 2,395, an attack of 204, a defense of 129, and stamina of 198. With the correct moveset and the right team, these two can be decent Pokémon choices in the Great League.
These Pokémon will likely return to their original spawning location following the conclusion of the Season of Celebration at the start of March 2021.
