Thomas, who finished 2019 first in the NFL in total catches and total receiving yards, finished one grade higher than new Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins, who will start 2020 with a 98 overall rating. Falcons WR Julio Jones rounds out the top three, as he received a 97 overall rating.
