Niantic is releasing a brand new Mew-themed T-shirt in the Pokémon Go store for all of the trainers who captured the mythical Pokémon in the popular mobile game.
The shirt is only available to those who beat all eight tiers of special missions in the game’s recently released Field Research mode. Once completed, trainers can capture Mew in a fun, unique mini-game to add the Pokémon to their collection.
Considering how hard some of the missions are, successful players will want to show off their accomplishment to other trainers from around the world. Trainers are expected to complete colossal tasks like catching a Ditto, evolving a Magikarp, and reaching level 25 on their quest to catch Mew—most of the required missions are both time consuming and difficult.
Once Mew has been captured, the shirt will be unlocked in Pokémon Go’s in-game store. The shirt won’t be free, however—it’ll cost 250 Pokécoins, the game’s form of currency, to purchase. Trainers can buy 250 Pokécoins for around $2.50.

Mew isn’t the only rare Pokémon available in quests, though. Articuno was recently added to the game as a new reward for players who complete one quest per day for seven days straight throughout June.
Articuno will only be around until the end of the month, however, so get out there and act fast if you want to get your hands on this legendary Pokémon. And if you want the new Mew shirt, make sure to work on those missions, too.
