Sea of Thieves Embargo Ends On Feb 13 For Press That Visted Rare

Rare recently held a special Sea of Thieves Preview event for select few media outlets. An embargo has been placed, it ends on February 13.

We all know that Rare and Microsoft held a closed curtains test of the full version Sea of Thieves for the press. But, the catch is that the press is not allowed to post their first impression of the game right away, considering the closed beta session. However, the press will be able to post their first impression and game details of full version Sea of Thieves on February 13th onwards.

Sea of Thieves Preview Embargo Ends

Craig Duncan first revealed the news about their game press. And Jez Corden upon being asked when the coverage from the press event will go online mentioned that from their side it will be revealed on 13th February.

From what we can see from his tweet that the restriction on publication of content regarding the full version of the game will be lifted on February 13th. And we can expect content about the game from all the news outlets who would have attended the press event.
