Cultist Lair is a secret location in Fisch underneath Terrapin Island where you can find unique NPCs, special rods, fish, and a bunch of other useful stuff. However, it can be difficult to find, especially if you’re not used to puzzles. Below, we will explain how to find the Cultist Lair in Fisch, the requirements to enter, and everything else you’ll need to know about it.

How to Enter the Cultist’s Lair in Fisch

To enter the Cultist’s Lair, you’ll first need to talk to the Sea Traveler NPC on the back side of Terrapin Island (152, 155, 2030). He will task you with finding a Sea Turtle, which is a Mythic-rarity fish that spawns right there at Terrapin Island.

Once you’ve turned in the Sea Turtle to the Sea Traveler, a lever will become highlighted in a secret cave at Terrapin Island. You can see the lever through the walls, and the entrance to the secret cave is at 10, 155, 2000. Pull the lever to reveal the entrance to the Cultist’s Lair.

What is the Cultist’s Lair in Fisch?

Once you’ve gone through the black portal at Terrapin Island, you’ll enter the Cultist’s Lair. Turn around and you’ll see an open door where the main area is. The Cultist’s Lair is one of the special locations in Fisch, with plenty of quest NPCs, a unique bestiary, and a door that requires specific items to unlock.

Where to Find all Cultist Markings in Fisch

There are three Cult Markings around Terrapin Island that you’ll need to find for the Eldran’s quest. Here are all the Cult Marking coordinates you’ll need to interact with to finish the quest, as well as the images to help you out. The reward for completing the quest is the Eldran’s Amulet Fragment, which you’ll need later to unlock something within the Cultist’s Lair.

  • Cult Marking 1: 50, 160, 1860 (on a rock on the left side of the island)
  • Cult Marking 2: -145, 150, 1945 (on the side of the house where the Angler is)
  • Cult Marking 3: 155, 155, 1990 (on a tree to the right of the Sea Traveler NPC)

How to Open the Door in Cultist’s Lair in Fisch

There is a locked door within the Cultist’s Lair that will require three rare items to unlock. The door leads to an area deeper within the Cultist’s Lair, filled with more rare fish, rods, and other cool things. Here are the three required items and how to get them. Once you have them all, place them at the door to open it.

  • Key of Whispers: Exotic fish caught at the Cultist’s Lair.
  • Albino Moon Wood: Legendary fish caught at Snowcap Island.
  • Sparkling Enchant Relic: Relic item caught anywhere with a small chance.
