To start the Fabulous Rod questline, you’ll need to go and talk to the Fabulous Deity NPC (-4303, -11003, 3655) at the top of the arch within the Calm Zone (Mariana’s Veil), straight above the Ethereal Prism Rod’s location. To start the Fabulous Rod questline, you’ll need to fulfill a level requirement.
