How to unlock Custom Deliveries in Final Fantasy XIV
Unlock clients for crafting and gathering deliveries.

Custom Deliveries in Final Fantasy XIV pair up crafters and gatherers with client NPCs across the world. These clients request certain collectible items each week. Turning in these items rewards you with gil, experience points, and crafters’ or gatherers’ scrips. Completing these deliveries is great for earning large batches of scrips once per week. You also get to know the NPC clients as characters, delving into their backstories and their place in the world.
Requirements for unlocking Custom Deliveries
Before you can start meeting your clients, you’ll need to clear a few requirements first. You have to reach level 60 on any crafting or gathering job, then finish the level 60 quest “Go West, Craftsman” from Lydirlona in Mor Dhona (X:22, Y:6). Once you’ve done that, speak with Geimlona in Idyllshire (X:5.8, Y:7.0) for the next quest, “Arms Wide Open.” This quest will introduce you to the first Custom Delivery client, Zhloe Aliapoh. You’ll then unlock Zhloe as a permanent client for deliveries.
Delivering items to clients
Speak to your clients to find out which items they’re requesting that week. You have a certain amount of Custom Delivery allowances available every week, which you can confirm in the Timers menu. Your clients will reward you with crafters’ scrips for crafter collectibles and gatherers’ scrips for gatherer collectibles. Keep turning in collectible items to your clients until you run out of allowances. Everyone gets their allowances back during the weekly reset.
Unlocking additional clients
You’ll usually find more clients within the main hubs, starting at level 60 — Idyllshire, Rhalgr’s Reach, Eulmore. Wherever the Allagan tomestone NPCs are for each level cap, that’s where you’ll spot clients. The Firmament also has another client, but you’ll need to unlock the Ishgardian Restoration to reach them. Additional clients will become available over time as the level cap increases, so keep an eye out.
