Here’s what you need to get the Alpine Dash in Destiny 2
You have a limited time to repair the Alpine Dash Sparrow in Destiny 2 for this year’s Dawning celebration. You can start the quest by receiving your first series of ingredients and supplies from Eva, and then giving them to Zavala on the Tower.
After you’ll receive a new quest from Eva called Spreading Cheer. By completing this quest, you’ll receive a brand new sparrow surrounded in Holiday cheer, which you can then bring all-year-round.
There are three things you need to do:
- Dark chocolate motes
- Fractal Rolls
- Gifts Baked, 50
These are not straightforward tasks, but we’ll breakdown each one for you.
Dark Chocolate Motes and Fractal Rolls. These are special baked goods you can make in the oven Eva gave you. The ingredients for Dark Chocolate Motes are Taken Butter, Null Taste, and 15 Essence of Dawn, and for Fractal Rolls, you need Vex Milk, Pinch of Light, and 15 Essence of Dawn. Here’s where you can find each of these ingredients:
- Taken Butter: You can collect this from killing Taken
- Null Taste: You need to take out enemies using Void abilities or weapon types
- Vex Milk: You can receive this from killing Vex
- Pinch of Light: You need to pick up light orbs after killing enemies
- Essence of Dawn: You can obtain this from finishing bounties for Eva
You should have the first two steps taken care of for this quest.
Gifts Baked. You need to make baked goods for other Guardians and residents of the Tower, or you can have them made to finish up 50 of them for this quest. You’ll naturally see this number rise by playing through Destiny 2’s Dawning 2019 event.
After you complete all the steps, you should have a new sparrow in your inventory to share the Dawning cheer.
