In the Ken Roblox experience, TP (Total Power) is the sum of all your base stats (Agility, Strength, Stamina, Endurance, and Haste), and it determines your eligibility for various areas, quests, and code redemption. In the table below, you can find all of the ways to increase your TP, including tips on which methods are the fastest:

NOTE: Green-colored training methods are fast, while red-colored training methods are slow. All training methods are explained in the section further below.

Muscle & Fat

Muscle and Fat are the only two stats in Ken that aren’t counted towards your TP. Unlike other stats, they provide bonuses while also reducing some of your other stats. Here are their effects and how to increase them:

StatStat EffectHow to Increase
Fat• Significantly increases your maximum health and grants bonus damage to certain abilities or fighting styles. However, higher Fat reduces Striking Speed and Running Speed, with the scaling based on your Fat level. It also greatly increases Stamina Drain.
• You lose 0.9 Fat/min when below 20% Hunger.
• Eat food while your Hunger bar is at 100%.
Muscle• Muscle is a stat that boosts damage in its respective category (Upper Body / Lower Body) and provides a small amount of health. Increasing Muscle also reduces Attacking Speed and Running Speed, with the effect scaling based on how much Muscle you have. Additionally, Muscle significantly increases Stamina Drain.
• You lose 0.08 Muscle/min at 10-20% Hunger, and 0.9 Muscle/min below 10% Hunger.
• Use Squat Rack for Lower Body.
• Use Bench Press for Upper Body.

You can buy all training methods and practice gear at any of the gyms around the map. Also, you can use the machines at the gyms for your training. Here is what each training does in Ken and how to use it effectively:

How to Check Your Stats

To see your exact stats, you’ll need to buy the Stat Check machine at the Hospital. The machine costs $1,999.99 and allows you to check your stats whenever you want. You can also see your TP in the login menu during slot/character selection.

Food, Hunger, and Muscle Loss

Eating food is a mandatory thing in Ken, as going below 20% Hunger makes you lose muscle. Below 10% Hunger, your Muscle loss will be exponentially higher, and at 0% Hunger, you won’t be able to gain stats anymore. As a rule of thumb, it’s always good to stay above 70% Hunger and keep a few food items in your inventory to top up.
