Sand Crabs are one of Old School Runescape’s best creatures to farm EXP and levels for different skills and attributes.

But where can you find these pesky creatures? And where do you need to go to find a bunch of them? Well, it is actually quite simple.

First, you’ll need to go to Port Sairm which is west of Draynor Village. You’ll want to go to the dock and head to the bottom platform to get on a ship destined for Great Kourend. There will be an elderly character that will take you to the island.

Once you arrive on the island, you will be at the port and will need to walk all the way down south on the map to the large beach on the island, just above Crabclaw Isle. You’ll find a bunch of Sand Crabs there, along with a bunch of other players looking to farm the critters for gold and experience.

Sand Crabs are an ideal creature to farm EXP on for combat training and defense purposes, just be sure to take a bunch of health-restoring items while you train so you don’t run the risk of dying.

All the Sand Crabs are about level 15, so make sure you are high enough level to take a bunch of them on. They all have a hitpoint total of 60. You can even farm rare drops from the creatures to make a bit of gold while you train, just be sure to only hold on to the more expensive items.
