A Resident Evil 2 Remake guide to all locker locations, locker combinations and the best way to open them with both Leon and Claire.
Thinking about Resident Evil 2 Remake, the first thing that comes to mind is the ability to kill as many zombies as possible.
But the title is more multifaceted than that, and the puzzle component is part of these facets. One of these puzzles is about the opening of padlocks after having found the combinations. Fortunately, not having found a combination will not prevent you from opening the corresponding lock.
It will be enough to try one after the other the various combinations of letters (not very smart idea to tell the truth). If you do not want to waste precious time, we suggest you follow our Locker Combinations guide, where we indicate the position of each lock and how to unlock them.
Please note that opening these lockers contributes to the “Master of Unlocking“ achievement.
Resident Evil 2 Remake: Locker Positions and Combinations
Below we indicate you the position and the combination of each lock. We also provide you information about the best way to open it with both Leon and Claire if you haven’t found the solution and where to find answers if you want to play fair.
1: Men’s Locker Room, Police Station
You can find this locker in the Men’s Locker Room (second floor of the police station). When you open the door, you must go straight ahead of you. Please note that if you open the wrong one, you will encounter a resting zombie.
If you’re looking for the solution for this locker, go in the Operations Room (first floor of the police station): you will find it written on the whiteboard.
- Locker Combination: CAP.
- Open with Leon: Shotgun Ammo.
- Open with Claire: Grenade Launcher Flame Rounds.
Third Floor Locker, Police Station
As the chosen name suggests, you can find this locker on the third floor of the police station. To find this, all you have to do is ascend the stairs from the first locker’s location and look at the mannequin shadow: the locker is waiting for you there.
If you’re looking for the solution for this locker, you have to go to the Parking Garage and see behind the diamond key door: you will find a roll film down in the shooting range. All you have to do is find it and develop it in the Dark Room of the police station (first floor).
- Locker Combination: DMC.
- Open with Leon: Magnum Ammo.
- Open with Claire: SMG Rounds.
Control Room Locker, Upper Sewers
To find this locker, you have to go in the control room of the upper sewers (you can’t miss it if you follow the walkway that takes you above the cable-car). Please note that before you can enter the combination, you have to dispatch the zombies in the area.
If you’re looking for the solution for this lock, you will find it on a jazz flyer in the worker’s break room in the upper sewers. Please note that you will need the No Entry Zone Key: you can find it on the desk in the bottom waterway to get in. The combination coincides with the circled letters on the flyer.
This locker will also reward Leon with magnum ammo, and Claire with submachine gun ammo.
- Locker Combination: SZF.
- Open with Leon: Magnum Ammo.
- Open with Claire: SMG Ammo.
