Where to Find Falinks in Pokémon Sword and Shield

Falinks is one of the new Pokémon introduced in Sword and Shield. Falinks is a Fighting-type, and it does not have an evolution. In this guide, we will show you where to find him.

You only find this unusual Pokemon on Route 8. As you travel the route, you will notice small mounds of earth with holes in them. This is where Falinks likes to spend his time, occasionally coming out, giving you a chance to catch them. When you are traveling along Route 8, keep a close eye on these holes to see if a Falinks emerges.

Falinks also has a chance to spawn in the Lake of Outrage in the Wild Area. The Pokémon will spawn at Level 50 in this area, so it will be difficult to catch if you are below that level. Just weaken it by hitting it with a few moves, then throw your Poke Ball to catch it.

One very interesting thing about Falinks is that it can have the hidden ability, Defiant. Defiant will cause its Attack to increase if its stats are lowered.
