Bluegleam is a new currency in The Frozen Wilds DLC of Horizon Zero Dawn. It farms at different locations - here's Bluegleam Farming Location guide detailing where you will find Bluegleam in The Frozen Wilds. Bluegleam is a new currency added in The Frozen Wilds DLC of Horizon Zero Dawn. It is a gem like a stone which mostly grows on the corpse of machines. You can use Bluegleam in The Frozen Wilds to upgrade or trade it with Banuk Goods Merchant for some other goods. There are basically two ways from where you can have these Bluegleam, one by completing the Quest and second by exploring the game's world and finding them different locations. The second method can be a bit painful as not all the Bluegleams are easy to discover and all you do is go and pick it up. In this Bluegleam Locations Guide - we have mentioned all Locations (Map) where you will find Bluegleam. So let's jump straight into it without wasting any time. Quests That Gives Bluegleams As Reward Quest: Waterlogged quest - Reward: 3 Bluegleam Quest: Shaman's Path quest - Reward: 6 Bluegleam Quest: A Secret Shared quest - Reward: 1 Bluegleam Quest: The Survivor quest - Reward: 3 Bluegleam Quest: The Hunters Three quest - Reward: 3 Bluegleam Quest: The Firebreak quest - Reward: 3 Bluegleam Quest: The Forge of Winter quest - Reward: 7 Bluegleam Other Quests That Rewards Bluegleam 1 Bluegleam can be found in the Drone Hanger in a dungeon, while you are completing the A Secret Shared quest. 1 Bluegleam can be found on the ground while you are completing the Shaman's Path quest after you have destroyed the Control Tower. 1 Bluegleam can be found at the lake during the third encounter while completing The Hunters Three quest. You will 6 Bluegleam, 1 in each reward box for trading Animal Figurines. Bluegleam Farming Location Here are all the locations where you will be able to Farm Bluegleam in The Frozen Wilds DLC of Horizon Zero Dawn. Bluegleam 1 - Location: Song's Edge Map: Where to Find: From Bonfire on the North-East of Song’s Edge, you will have to climb the mountain to the southwest. There you will find Three Bluegleam formations. Bluegleam 2 - Location: West of Song's Edge. Map: Where to Find: Get to the Desired location on the map, which is located to the west of Song's Edge, to the south of the Bonfire. Here in the nearby area you will find Three Bluegleam. Bluegleam 3 - Location: To the North of Banuk Merchant Where to Find: Well at this location you will have 3 Different Bluegleam formations. First at the Cave located under the Bonfire, for which you will have to get down the valley to enter the cave. The Second one is easily been seen with your Focus, on the ridge located to the Southeast of the bonfire, near the River. Third and last one can be a bit difficult as you will have to get to the north of the bonfire at the edge of the cliff and find it with your Focus. Bluegleam 4 - Location: Deep Dim Map: Where to Find: Here you will find Bluegleam at two different places. For the first one, you will have to head to the East from the Deep Dim and then to the North and climb the cliff and find Four Bluegleam Formation at the ledge. For the Second one, you will have to rappel down from there to the river bank and head again to the bonfire and you will find a Bluegleam Formation. Bluegleam 5 - Location: Deep Dim Map: Where to Find: Here you will find Three Bluegleam formations, somewhere on the soles of the Deep Dim to the Northern side. Which you will mostly encounter while completing the Waterlogged quest. Bluegleam 6 - Location: Deep Dim Map: Where to Find: The Location the map is actually at a very height of a mountain, located in the Northwest of Deep Dim. You will find the Bluegleam formation near the top of the mountain. Bluegleam 7 - Location: Near Bonfire of Shaman's Quest Map: Where to Find: You can see this Bluegleam at the edge of the cliff. Bluegleam 8 - Location: In the Snowbank region of Shamans Path. Map: Where to Find: This one is located a bit away from the path of Shaman’s Path Quest, so it is best to collecte this when you are not doing the quest. Get through the path from the cave and the cross the first tripping bridge. When you are at the Zipline for the second bridge, get off the east of the cliff and then search for the Bluegleam in the Snowbank. Bluegleam 9 - Location: Southwest of Hunting grounds. Map: Where to Find: There are two Bluegleam in this area, but you will have to be careful from the patrolling sawtooth. From the Hunting Grounds make your way to the bonfire and then for the first Bluegleam you will have to look in a Ridge by a Banuk's tent and the second one is on the north of the same location. Bluegleam 10 - Location: North of Charger site Map: Where to Find: It is located to the North of the Charger site. Right in front of the Jet. Look for the perfect location in the map. Bluegleam 11 - Location: Northern mountains of Hunting Grounds Map: Where to Find: In this region, you will find two Bluegleam. The best way is to get to the desired location on the map, the Hunting Grounds. then make your way to the west, then through the mountains and you will find both the Bluegleam away from each other in the rocks. Bluegleam 12 - Location: West of Drone Hanger Map: Where to Find: It is located on a hill, for which you will have to get to the Western part of the Drone Hanger. You will get this dungeon area during the exploration of A Secret Shared side quest. Bluegleam 13 - Location: Southeast of Hunting Grounds Map: Where to Find: Make your way to the bonfire on the Southeast from the Hunting Grounds. As you move ahead you will see one Bluegleam formation on the West. Bluegleam 14 - Location: Near Stone Yield (Bandit Camp) Map: Where to Find: You will find three Bluegleam formations in the Stone Yield Region of the map. FOr this get to the Campfire near the Hot spring pools, which is on the west of Stone Yield. make your way to the location marked on the map until you see some climbing handholds on the mountain. on the top, you will get the first Bluegleam. For the second one look in the nearby area and you will find it. Third and the last one is located in the same area in some snowbank. Bluegleam 15 - Location: Southwest of Enjuk's Map: Where to Find: It is located to the Southwest of the bonfire of Enjuk's location near the Visitor's Centre. Bluegleam 16 - location: West of Longnotch Where to Find: Get to the Bornfire that is directly west of Longnotch, a Settlement to the east of the map. You will get Two Bluegleam Formations out here, at the snowbank on the west of the area at at very high level. Bluegleam 17 - Location: Southwest of Longnotch Map: Where to Find: Get to the Southwest of the Longnotch, then make a way little to the East and you will see two Bluegleam Formatin on the Ground Itself.
