Respawn Entertainment’s Jedi: Fallen Order has been presented at EA’s E3 event EA Play, showcasing the gameplay and confirming that players will be able to take multiple routes to their goals.

Respawn CEO Vince Zampella and Game Director Stig Asmussen said that each area will have branching paths that can be explored. From the gameplay, it looks like it will be more like God of War in that there will only be the main path with several side areas.

Enemies will also interact with each other in different ways. Specifically, the gameplay showed off spider-like creatures attacking both the player and a group of Storm Troopers. It also had the player exploring the backend of a cave and being sneak attacked by another spider. Enemy interaction means players can try and get different types of enemies to fight each other, letting them pick off the survivors rather than fighting both groups.

This will add a new dimension to the Action RPG title and let players get a deeper look at the world of Star Wars.

The game is due to be released on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on November 15.
